Requirements

• Review and fit using vessel, piping, and structural fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Laying out of square tubing material for wall fabrication.
• Erecting walls, roof, and floor structures.
• Fitting advanced piping components and interconnecting spool pipe.
• Fitting Manifolds and Vessels to detailed drawings.
• Operating Cranes and material handling equipment.
• Identifying varying material types and grades.
• Identifying material from cut list to identify lengths and angles.
• Reviewing and fitting to joint details to fit to the correct tolerances.
• Preparing various materials, such as Aluminum and Stainless.
• Working with fitting components designed for cryogenic service at high pressure.
• Cleaning materials for welding, using power tools and hand tools.
• Working with tackers to secure joints for fabrication.
• Maintaining fitting tools and work areas.
• Rigging materials for secure transportation.
• Verifying final as-built dimensions with quality technicians.
