Quality and Assurance Inspector

Howden CPI Netherlands B.V. is a leading provider of aftermarket components and services to the global reciprocating compressor market. We are seeking a Quality and Assurance Inspector to join our Quality Team to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met, and to drive growth and customer success.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of machinery and/or engineering degree
• Knowledge and experience with ISO9001
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including drawing and specifications
• Analytical skills: strong ability to analyze inspection data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements
• Problem solving: Ability to assess quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Continuous improvement mindset: Proactive and practical personality with a strong sense of ownership, customer focus, and willingness to learn and develop
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating across multiple departments
• Ability to communicate in Dutch and English in a professional working environment
