Welder 6

Welder 6 position requires performing complex and critical welding operations, including Mig, Tig, and Pipe welding. The job involves working with various types of metals and equipment, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as technical welding experience.

Requirements

• Perform Mig and Tig plate Welding on various parts
• Pipe welding
• Plasma Tig welding
• Perform manufacturing activities with minimal instruction and supervision
• Previous experience performing Mig and/or Tig Welding
• Pipe Welding experience is required or able to obtain within your certification period
• Ability to comprehend complex blueprints and weld symbols
• Experience with air-arc gouging and operation of plasma cutting machines
• Successful ability to pass company welder certification tests within 4 weeks of start
