Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience working on energy conservation projects (heavy industrial preferred)
- Certified Energy Manager (CEM) (preferred)
- Experience with ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems (preferred)
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical and mechanical systems
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional partners
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
