Job Description
Join the team at Charter Manufacturing as a Production Operator and become part of their family. The company is seeking motivated individuals to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment. Two positions are available: Molding Operator and Melt Deck Operator.
Requirements
- 1 year prior experience working in manufacturing, foundry, metals, or related field
- Trust, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement
- High School Diploma (or GED works program)
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and move up to 60lbs
- Basic math and problem solving skills
