Job Description
Join the Charter Manufacturing team and become part of a fourth-generation family-owned business where growth and improvement drive our decisions. We're looking for dependable people to work on night shifts in production, rotating through different positions, using power tools, and performing visual quality inspections.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills (counting and simple calculations)
- Team player with good communication skills
- Background in manufacturing or industrial production, assembly, warehouse, welding, construction, steel, or other hands-on jobs
- Forklift and Overhead Crane experience (plus)
- Strong safe work mindset
