Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) / Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all direct resident care within the facility, ensuring residents are clinically prepared and medically optimized for scheduled procedures and surgeries.
Requirements
- Management of direct patient care for residents at Scofield Manor
- Supervision of LPN and CNA direct care activities
- Medication management and inventory control
- Communication with staff, residents, and family members
- Compliance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies
- Training and development of staff members
