LTSR LPN

Chartiers Center is a private, non-profit corporation that provides services for adults with intellectual disabilities. LPNs are critical members of a multidisciplinary team and are responsible for providing direct skilled care under guidance of the Director of Residential Treatment Program.

Requirements

• LPN licensure with the state of Pennsylvania required
• One (1) year experience
• Valid driver’s license
