Job Description
The Program Manager will lead the end-to-end execution of the project, overseeing the design, implementation, optimization, and transition from the legacy analog LMR system to a P-25 digital trunked Land Mobile Radio (LMR) network across the U.S. Virgin Islands. The Program Manager is accountable for overall program performance, risk management, compliance, and stakeholder coordination while delegating day-to-day operational management and field coordination to the Deputy Program Manager (DPM).
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in radio telecommunications.
- Demonstrated delivery of at least one P-25 Digital LMR Network.
- Minimum 10 years of interconnectivity experience (microwave, satellite, or fiber).
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-site public safety communications programs.
- Experience managing technical teams and subcontractors in geographically distributed environments.
