Job Description
We're looking for a Store Manager who can multi-task and keep things running smoothly in our busy salon environment. You'll be responsible for retail operations management, analyzing and improving systems and processes, and coaching and training the sales team to achieve store sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a retail leadership role
- Previous salon experience
- Enthusiasm for beauty and excellent people and communication skills
- Superior time management skills and knowledge of computer systems
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
