Job Description
The Assistant Director of Financial Aid plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional financial aid services to students and their families, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations, and fostering a supportive environment. This position requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage daily operations, support departmental goals, and contribute to strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3-4.5 years of experience in financial aid within a post-secondary institution.
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state regulations impacting Title IV funding.
- Basic knowledge of CampusVue database (preferred).
