The Associate Radiologic Technology Program Director is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and oversight of educational services within the Radiologic Technology (RT) and Limited X-ray Technology (LMXT) programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the field and two years of teaching experience
- Two years of Educational Leadership experience preferred
- Must be an ABHES and TWC-approved Instructor
- Hold current licensure and/or certification in the field as required by local, state, and/or federal law
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven supervisory and leadership skills to manage teams effectively
