Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Externship Coordinator to support LMRT students as they transition from the classroom to hands-on clinical experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Completion of an LMRT Program or Certificate (3+ years experience) OR Radiologic Technology Associateâs Degree (2+ years experience)
- Required certifications: ARRT, RT, or LMRT
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet performance targets
- Passion for mentoring and supporting student success
