Job Description
The Center for Human Development is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join the Easthampton Clinic's Team. The role involves providing clinical social work and mental health supervision to direct service clinicians, as well as individual, family, couple's, and group therapy to clients of all ages. The clinic values a team-based approach and encourages self-care and provider learning/growth.
Requirements
- MSW or M.A. in social work or counseling
- LICSW or LMHC licensure in Massachusetts
- Four years or more demonstrated competence in both theoretical knowledge and direct service practice
- At least one-year staff supervision or two years graduate student supervision
- Reliable, registered & insured vehicle and approved driving record check
- Approved criminal background check (CORI)
