Clinical Supervisor - LMHC

CHD is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide supervision and high-quality client centered behavioral health care to a diverse population. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical supervision to pre and post-license clinicians and carry a small caseload.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, or other closely related field
• Massachusetts LMHC licensure or ability to obtain licensure with 90 days of starting
• 3+ years of Full Time or the equivalent Part Time post-independent licensure experience
• CANS Certification or willingness to become certified prior to hire
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to provide evaluation and evidence-based psychotherapy with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations
