Job Description
The Direct Care staff employed by CHD are hired under a specific residential program and assist in maintaining a structured and therapeutic environment for youth with complex behavioral health profiles. They deliver behavioral health treatment and work in collaboration with the program, youth, family, DCF, and other supporting agencies.
