Job Description
The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking Lead Residential Counselors to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Chicopee, MA. The role involves providing support and supervision to clients, running house meetings, and collaborating with MCI around admissions. The ideal candidate has previous experience working with youth and adults in the mental health field, with flexibility to work varied shifts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s level degree or significant experience in the field
- Ability to pass a CORI and driving record background check
