Job Description
Seeking Licensed Clinicians to work in a team environment providing care to adults and youth in CHD's CBHC Adult or Youth Mobile Crisis. The programs offer 24/7 support, assessment, care coordination, and follow up to those clients experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis.
Requirements
- Master's in mental health counseling, social work or related field
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Able to utilize a computer and become competent in the use of an electronic health record
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a CORI and driving background check
