Job Description
The Center for Human Development is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work flexible business hours at their Adult Day Health Location in Springfield, MA. The LPN will assist with Health Assessments, obtain medical documents, and provide direct services to clients.
Requirements
- LPN in good standing
- Demonstrated commitment to serving those with significant needs.
- Valid driver’s license and registered vehicle.
- Computer skills
- Ability to be certified in CPR and First Aid.
- Ability to complete and pass background record screening process.
