Job Description
Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking Licensed and Licensed Eligible Clinicians for our Outpatient Clinic in Holyoke, MA. This role involves leading person-centered treatment planning within an integrated multidisciplinary team to support individuals in a community-based mental health program.
Requirements
- Ease of use with electronic health record
- Ability to drive/reliable transportation
- Willingness to work on site
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or family therapy
- Licensed or license eligible (LICSW, Psychologist, LCSW, LMHC or LMFT)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) individuals are encouraged to apply
