Job Description
The Center for Human Development is seeking an Outreach Caseworker to provide direct services and casework supports to program participants with developmental disabilities who live independently in the greater Westfield/West Springfield and Springfield community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Empathy for others
- Demonstrated commitment to serving those with significant needs
- Ability to work well within a team model and independently
- Computer skills necessary
- Good writing and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- 21 years of age or older
- Current driver's license and vehicle for work use
- Background record screening and driving record check
