Job Description
The Center for Human Development is seeking a Program Manager for our DMHAS program in West Springfield, MA. The Program Manager will provide clinical and residential management training and supervision to staff working with clients in need of psychiatric services.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in mental health treatment and or human service-related field with a focus on 24-hour residential treatment
- 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, counseling, or related field with an emphasis on mental health treatment is required
- Master’s degree in a mental health field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for work purposes
