Job Description
CHD's Shared Living program provides an alternative residential setting for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The Shared Living provider will live with the individual and provide care and support in their daily life, including meal preparation, medication management, and social engagement.
Requirements
- Calm, clean home
- At least three years of experience working in the field of human services with DDS clients or mental health individuals
- CPR certification
- Past experience being a shared living provider or previous foster parent
