Requirements
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs throughout property.
- Create and implement maintenance procedures to optimize equipment reliability and performance.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, downtime, and repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and other technical issues.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Oversee the repair and replacement of building components, ensuring the use of proper tools and equipment.
- Collaborate to source necessary replacement parts and materials.
- Implement modifications and upgrades to existing systems to improve reliability and performance.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
- Conduct safety assessments and implement necessary modifications to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding maintenance schedules, challenges, and improvements.
