The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general repairs, routine maintenance, and light installations across HOA communities, requiring a versatile, hands-on professional who can troubleshoot issues, complete work efficiently, and represent Vero Maintenance with professionalism on-site.
Requirements
- Perform general maintenance and repair work across residential HOA communities
- Complete work orders including, but not limited to: Drywall repair and painting, Minor plumbing repairs (leaks, fixtures, toilets, sinks), Basic electrical work (outlets, switches, light fixtures), Door, lock, and hardware repairs, Fence, gate, and railing repairs, Flooring repairs (vinyl, tile, minor carpet fixes), Cabine
- Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance issues before they escalate
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests and emergency calls as needed
- Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job status
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, property managers, and residents when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow safety protocols, HOA rules, and company standards at all times
- Other duties as assigned
