The Consumer CRM Lead will play a key role in building and scaling the consumer CRM growth engine for the UK’s leading home improvement marketplace, using lifecycle marketing to influence customer behavior across the homeowner journey.
Requirements
- Platform Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with Braze (or equivalent lifecycle tooling)
- Lifecycle & Growth Expertise: A background in CRM or growth within a consumer, marketplace, or digital platform environment
- Analytical Strength: The ability to move beyond 'opens and clicks' to connect CRM activity to commercial revenue outcomes and retention metrics
- Operational Rigour: A focus on building scalable systems, processes, and governance frameworks
- A Bias for Action: You’re able to prioritize effectively, make clear decisions, and deliver high-impact work in a fast-moving, product-led environment
