Director IT (m/f/d)

We're seeking a Director IT to lead our eight-person IT team and shape how technology enables our business. This role balances leadership, strategy, and hands-on involvement as we transition towards greater automation and modern IT practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT leadership roles, managing teams of 5+ people
• Proven track record leading IT operations in fast-growing technology companies
• Deep understanding of modern IT infrastructure: cloud platforms, virtualisation, networking, and security
• Experience driving IT transformation programmes and automation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of Information Security frameworks and compliance requirements
• Track record of building high-performing teams and developing talent
