The successful candidate will own the end-to-end strategy to attain ambitious customer upsell and retention targets.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with 6+ years in customer marketing, and 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of owning revenue targets and multi-function teams
- Strategic thinker with a passion for improving customer experience and analyzing data to reveal insights
- Technical sophistication with experience with martech stack, AI orchestration, and data enrichment tools
- Data-driven approach with ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable campaign strategies
- Advocacy experience with ability to turn successful customers into passionate advocates
- A-player mindset with ability to move with urgency, thrive in ambiguity, and take ownership of team's goals and performance
