Checkr is looking for a results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to build and scale paid media programs that drive brand awareness, self-serve activations, pipeline and revenue growth for Truework. This is a hands-on role with strategic influence on results, ideal for someone who likes operating in a scrappy, fast-moving environment, can move quickly from strategy to execution, and is motivated to build repeatable growth levers from the ground up.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in performance, demand generation, or growth marketing in the B2B SaaS
- Hands-on ownership of paid media campaigns (i.e. Google Ads, LinkedIn) from strategy through optimization.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue growth while optimizing CAC, ROAS, and conversion efficiency, using data to inform decisions and improve performance.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience driving alignment across Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing and external partners.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities with a bias toward action, testing, and iteration.
- Experience testing and scaling new channels, programs, and growth opportunities.
- Hands-on experience with core GTM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, and ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense).
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.
