Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue and profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishment
• In-depth knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, and staff scheduling
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
• Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
