Job Description
Chefdarbari Hospitality Staffing Services is seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in Mumbai. The CDP will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, prepare dishes to the highest standard, and work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to create and execute menus.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen
- Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and passionate about food and cooking
