Job Description
Chemelex is a global leader in electric thermal and sensing solutions. We are seeking a Production Planner to support daily production operations and drive inventory optimization strategies.
Requirements
- Translate Master Production Schedule (MPS) outputs into detailed finite shop floor schedules
- Ensure alignment between demand and supply plans
- Conduct scenario modeling and constraint analysis
- Manage production sequencing and order prioritization
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Suppliers, and Materials Management
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions related to late materials, supplier delays, and recurring material shortages
- Maintain SAP planning master data integrity
- Monitor and report key operational planning metrics
- Support the SIOP / IBP process
- Coordinate planning activities related to engineering changes, new product introductions, product transitions, and lifecycle management
