Job Description
We are seeking a Production Planner to translate the approved manufacturing plan into a feasible, detailed, and executable production schedule. The role ensures customer demand is met while optimising capacity, materials, labour, and sequencing in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business or relevant experience
- Three or more years experience in Production Planning or Scheduling role
- Strong experience working with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical capability
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
- Ability to interface effectively with cross functional teams
- Effective time management skills
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Detail oriented and action focused
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
