Supply Engineer

Chemelex is a global leader in electric thermal and sensing solutions, protecting the world’s critical processes, places and people. This position will direct and manage procurement requirements through liaison with new and existing suppliers and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical preferred); Master degree is a plus.
• IT skills: Experienced user of MS Office
• Languages: Fluent in English and Italian
• At least 2-5 years of practical experience in procuring services as well as technical goods within a project oriented environment
• Knowledge of supply chain processes
• Team work in a multicultural / multinational environment
• Prepared to travel within Europe occasionally
• Experienced in prequalification of vendors, soliciting bids, evaluating offers, placing orders and expediting the delivery of goods and services
• Experience in projects execution
• Previous experience in preparing commercial bid analysis, working closely with engineering departments in the completion of the bid analysis
