Chemical Guys is a lifestyle brand that welcomes passionate individuals to join their team. They are seeking a District Manager to lead stores across Southern California, Oregon, and Hawaii, driving sales, customer experience, team development, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of retail leadership experience, including three years or more in a multi-unit or district management role.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze KPIs and drive profitable growth
- Passionate, hands-on leader who enjoys being in stores and working directly with teams and customers
- Experienced in driving consultative selling and customer engagement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and highly accountable
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, retail reporting tools, and communication platforms
- Familiar with social media platforms and comfortable coaching stores on brand engagement
- Resides within the Los Angeles market and able to travel throughout the region, including some overnight travel approximately 25% of the time
- Able to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends for events
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
