
Job description
The Director, Corporate Project is responsible for leading the Capital Projects Team in the execution of capital projects. They manage the overall capital budget for the organization and drive Chemtrade’s Project Management Process (CPMP) to ensure effective definition, prioritization, and execution of projects.
The Director will oversee engineering design and execution, ensure alignment with Corporate objectives, and drive accountability to spend and schedule for all projects. They will also lead and drive short and long range capital planning efforts, lead monthly capital forecasting, and work closely with Capital Procurement on large spends.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, minimum 10 years of Capital Project Management experience, and at least 5 years of leadership experience. They will have demonstrated skill/knowledge in capital project management and project controls, manufacturing plant support and construction, and Responsible Care 14001.
