Job Description
The Analyst/Senior Analyst, Environmental and Regulatory Projects will advise on federal, state, and local agency requirements as well as industry standards relevant to the permitting, construction, and operation of Liquefied Natural Gas (“LNG”) facilities. The Analyst/Senior Analyst will support the Environmental and Regulatory Department’s overall mission of permitting new projects and expansions, providing compliance support, and evaluating regulatory changes across a wide range of regulatory programs.
Requirements
- Advise on federal, state, and local agency requirements and industry standards relevant to LNG facilities
- Support permitting projects through all phases of the FERC regulatory process
- Provide compliance support and evaluate regulatory changes
- Interface with engineering and other technical staff, contractors/consultants, and representatives of state and federal agencies
- Ensure timely communication of project schedules and deliverables
- Monitor, audit, and prepare reports to assure compliance with applicable regulations, permit conditions, site-specific conditions, requirements, policies, or other authorizing documents
- Assist with the review and oversight of new regulatory initiatives
