Center Clinical Director, Associate
MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required. 1-year clinical experience in geriatric, adult or family practice setting preferred
Care Coordinator
1 year of healthcare experience, high school diploma or equivalent, experience with web-based insurance sites, medical assistant certification preferred
Care Facilitator
High school diploma, 1 year of medical experience, BLS certification
Primary Care Physician
Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, Georgia State Medical license, and DEA license required
Care Promoter 1, Float
High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, EMT or Paramedic
Primary Care Physician
2+ years of experience as a Primary Care Physician, MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty, Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty
Front Desk Team Member
High school diploma, 1 year of experience in a medical clinic, BLS for Healthcare Providers preferred
ECHO Technologist
6 months to 2 years of related work experience, Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field preferred
Nurse Practitioner
ARNP or similar advanced degree in Nursing required, Current Nurse Practitioner Certification in the State of practice required
