We're a unique healthcare provider changing lives every day. We're looking for a Care Facilitator to join our team. The Care Facilitator serves as a patient advocate and provides exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 1 year of work experience in a medical clinic or similar environment
- BLS for Healthcare Providers preferred
- Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
