We are looking for a Care Facilitator to join our team. The Care Facilitator is one of a patient's first contact with our ChenMed family and serves as a patient advocate delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 1 year of work experience in a medical clinic or similar environment
- BLS for Healthcare Providers preferred
