Job Description
We are seeking a Chief of Staff and Chief Medical Officer to help shape the next chapter of CHEO, a pediatric health institution in Ottawa, Canada. The successful candidate will lead clinical quality and safety, medical staff leadership, and system partnership, with a focus on equity, inclusion, and cultural safety.
Requirements
- Privileged member of CHEO's medical staff, or eligible for appointment
- Eligible for appointment to the Faculty of Medicine, University of Ottawa
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practise medicine in Ontario, with RCPSC or CFPC certification (or eligibility)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant leadership experience
- Bilingualism (English/French) is preferred
