Job Description
CHEP is seeking a HSE Plant Supervisor to lead plant-wide health, safety, and environmental programs, conduct safety audits, and drive corrective actions. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety, Engineering, or equivalent experience, and 3+ years of experience in an HSE role in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience implementing and managing HSE programs
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, environmental regulations, and incident investigation practices
- Excellent communication, problemsolving, and criticalthinking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- English required; Spanish a plus
