Job Description
CHEP is looking for motivated Pallet Repair Operators to join our Temple, TX team, 2nd shift working Monday-Friday 4:30pm-1:00am. The role involves repairing pallets using pneumatic nail guns and saws, with a strong focus on safety, continuous improvement, quality, and employee well-being.
Requirements
- 2+ years previous experience working in an industrial, fast-moving setting with industrial machinery (preferred, not required)
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of production tools such as pneumatic nail gun, or other relevant tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
