Dual Rate Lead

This is a supervisory position that involves leading the work of other employees, focusing on the integrity and security of the gaming floor.

Requirements

• Direct and supervise the work of Dealers
• Provide input on staffing, performance appraisals, and corrective actions
• Implement and manage dealer rotation schedules
• Ensure the integrity and security of the game, including reporting any irregularities or irregular play
• Maintain inspection of decks and other gaming equipment
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures and report any safety hazards
• Complete required paperwork for CTR and MTL
