Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing projects valued at $15 million or more, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
Requirements
- Proficient in software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of construction operations, processes, and Massachusetts State Codes and Regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports and correspond professionally with architects, clients, vendors, and government officials.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical documents, such as safety regulations and procedure manuals.
- Keen attention to detail to identify non-compliance and propose effective solutions.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, work in varying climate conditions, and lift up to 100 lbs.
