Job Description
We are seeking a Site Superintendent to lead the day-to-day execution of complex, ultra-luxury custom homes in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience managing high-end custom residential or comparable luxury commercial projects and is a true construction expert.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing high-end custom residential or comparable luxury commercial projects
- Deep understanding of building science, construction sequencing, and complex structural systems
- Experience with steel construction preferred
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and grading plans
- Proven track record managing ultra-custom projects
- Coachable, humble, and open to feedback
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Comfortable leading subcontractors while collaborating with internal teams
- Comfortable using construction technology (Procore preferred; BuilderTrend acceptable)
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with basic computer tools (Excel, Word)
