Supervises the collection and reporting of official academic records, coordinates registration and enrollment processes, and develops good community relations among community and school clientele.
Requirements
- Coordinates registration process, prepares materials, collects data, and supervises self-scheduling.
- Maintains record procedures including grade reports, cumulative folders, transcripts, and student schedules.
- Evaluates transcripts of transferring students and maintains permanent record file of all students.
- Works with administrators to develop master schedule, maintain class load and sizes, and schedule room assignments.
- Supervises records office, assists with hiring and training, and directs activities of clerical assistants.
- Coordinates student check-in process and acts as liaison with Information Systems.
- Maintains records of office expenses, inventories, and budget balance.
