Under the direction of a School Principal, perform administrative office functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school administrative office.
Requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Principal, administrators, and school staff
- Greet and assist staff, students, parents/guardians, community members, callers, and visitors
- Monitor students sent to the school office for disciplinary reasons
- Draft and/or prepare letters, memorandums, reports, labels, forms, special projects, presentations, and related materials
- Manage and oversee arrangement for personnel substitutes
- Monitor building cameras, visitors, visitor sign-in procedures, and building activities
- Supervise the maintenance of facility and all equipment
- Train, direct, supervise, and problem solve with support personnel
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and monitoring of the school budget(s)
