Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Manager to lead construction operations and oversee the successful execution of multiple custom home projects. The Construction Manager will coordinate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to create clear schedules, maintain accountability across projects, and drive consistent execution in the field.
Requirements
- 10+ years of residential construction experience, ideally with custom homes or high-end renovations
- Strong understanding of residential building systems including foundations, framing, and finishes
