Job Description
Project Manager will oversee multiple commercial construction projects, manage Superintendents, and coordinate with architects, owners, and subcontractors. Must have 5+ years of Project Management experience and a working knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software.
Requirements
- Manage 2–3 commercial construction projects simultaneously from pre-construction through closeout
- Oversee and support Superintendents assigned to active projects
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to stay connected to field progress and issues
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders using Procore
- Coordinate with architects, owners, engineers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Assist with bid reviews and pre-construction coordination as needed
- Lead or participate in jobsite and project coordination meetings
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication across all projects
